These are great nursing cover-ups. I have this exact one. Blankets usually fell off my shoulder or I just couldn't get the blanket adjusted properly. This is nice because it has boning in the top center so you can look down at your baby. It's not bulky and fits nicely into the diaper bag or even a medium sized purse.
